Sponsorships & Donations

 

Our 50th Reunion featured a Silent Auction of several generously donated items. All proceeds from this event went to support the John W. McDougal M.A.C. Scholarship fund. A total donation of $1072 was made by our committee on behalf of the WAHS Class of 1972.

This fund was created in memory of John W. McDougal by his family. It supports the McDougal Athletic Character Award, which is awarded to male athletes from West Aurora High School. If you wish to know more about this fund and possibly make a donation, please visit the Community Foundation of the Fox River Valley website.

In addition to the Silent Auction, we sought Sponsorships and/or Donations from local businesses or individuals to help make our 50th Reunion a series of memorable events for all. Any assistance we received had a beneficial impact toward the success of that goal. Donations of goods or services to be used for Door or Raffle prizes will also be greatly appreciated. If you prefer to donate only your time and energy, we would love to use your skills and talents in a capacity that will enhance our future Reunions.
